Reauthoring the story of ADHD

We are collecting donations for Bethlehem Haven. A Pittsburgh based organization providing shelter and supportive services to thousands of houseless individuals. The continuum of care consists of a range of housing and supportive services designed to enable each client to identify their needs, develop a plan of action, and achieve a successful outcome. They provide medical, mental health, podiatry, and dental care for houseless women and men without health insurance. There are a few days left to donate if you wish.

We have several groups getting ready to launch. There are so many benefits to participating in a group format. We love building community and inter-connectedness. Recent group members stated that they felt heard, validated in knowing that others experience the same/similar things, and shared ways to manage difficult moments. Please check out what we are offering. If you or someone you know would benefit, please help spread the word! Accepting Members for the following groups:

Closed Groups

If you have interest in any of our closed groups, please let us know. If there is interest, we will run the group again!

Are you a college student trying to find ways to manage all of the competing demands? Do you miss opportunities to connect with friends? Do you feel like your missing out on opportunities because you can’t get it together? This group will help you with the support of others feeling the same way. Together we will explore motivation, develop skills, take action and build confidence for managing academics, social, work, and life.

You do not need an ADHD diagnosis to need some help with executive functioning. All of us can benefit from fine tuning and learning some new strategies. In this group we will share tips among group members, support one another in our journey of accepting our unique brain, and take action!
