PITTSBURGH-AREA THERAPIST AND COACHING JOBS

Employment Opportunities

Want to be part of our team? We are hiring!

We view neurodivergence as variation in learning and thinking instead of as a disorder. We strive to empower and reduce stigma. We explore intersectionality, integrate trauma informed care, mindfulness, whole person care which include exploration outside of traditional talk therapy, and encourage development of community.

Our group promotes clinician’s continual learning, growth and exploration. We support one another to pursue growth by having regular conversations about social justice, cultural competency, and advocacy for client needs and our profession.

We believe, encourage, and practice that clinicians need to have a work life balance. When this balance is practiced we can best serve our clients. We practice the skills we help our clients to achieve.

PKO Counseling & Coaching Services shine light on individual team members strengths, celebrate success together, and support one another through challenges. We love animals, plants (we have tons at our offices), being active and value mindfulness. Our Jumbo Jenga games can get intense but are completely fun loving.
