This is just what you need "Let your worries soar into the sky just like a red balloon."

This is an awesome image. I have suggested a strategy similar but more bird/eco friendly. Take a piece of paper, write your worries on it. Fold that sheet of paper up into a paper airplane. Go fly that plane somewhere or aim for the recycling bin. The act of writing your worries down helps to get them out of your head and stop them from bouncing around. The act of aiming and re-aiming for the recycling can allows you to be distracted from your worries and focused on a new task.
