Take an hour to relax Our lives are full of multitasking, stress, and too much sensory overload. Take this next hour to relax, lay down, meditate, just listen and drift off with the music. Do not allow your day, tasks, worries or stress to linger too long in your thoughts. Gently push them away and come back to a neutral clear mind. You may need to skip the first 2:30 minutes if you plan to use this to meditate. The beginning has some vocals that you might not find relaxing.
