1. Just count your breath. That's all. You don't need to think about it.
2. Set a time period and try to slow your breathing down.
3. Try five UN-interuppted minutes of listening, no thinking and now count your breaths. By now, your breathing should be longer and more relaxed. You should notice your heart rate and blood pressure are down. Slowly you will begin to feel better, with emotions back in balance.
