We are hiring part-time and full-time therapists. We need daytime, evening and Saturday hours. Looking for therapists who have expertise in any of the following areas, EMDR, yoga therapy, art therapy, couples therapy, or OCD.
We officially opened our new doors on January 1, 2025. We hosted an open house at the end of April! Thank you to the SWR Chamber of Commerce for the ribbon cutting event.

Are you a college student trying to find ways to manage all of the competing demands? Do you miss opportunities to connect with friends? Do you feel like your missing out on opportunities because you can’t get it together? This group will help you with the support of others feeling the same way. Together we will explore motivation, develop skills, take action and build confidence for managing academics, social, work, and life.
You do not need an ADHD diagnosis to need some help with executive functioning. All of us can benefit from fine tuning and learning some new strategies. In this group we will share tips among group members, support one another in our journey of accepting our unique brain, and take action!

We support neurodivergent people and their families. Counseling can take many forms including individual, couples, family, and group! Right now we have a monthly group for Siblings of Autistic Adults that meets virtually on the second Monday of every month over lunch, 12- 12:45pm. The cost is $10 per group. Do you find falling asleep difficult? Does your mind race as you lay down and hope to get some rest? Want to learn about sleep hygiene? This group will aide in developing strategies to fall asleep, and get back to sleep if you wake during the night.
The support of our executive functioning coaches can help you attain habits to reach those goals you are thinking about right now. Seairra will join you in your journey and provide you the accountability and strategies to live the intentional, healthy and satisfied life you are looking for in 2022. I work with a lot of people who are anxious or depressed because they are trying to do what they think they should be doing based on comparisons or expectations from others. When you follow your own arrow you will find that the pressure disappears and you can live each day your own way. This way of living leads to confidence and happiness!!!
