11/5/13 Feelin' Good -once we get going

I have clients who talk about being resistant to going places or doing things, but once they get to the place or are doing the thing they were resistant to, they feel much better. They don't understand why this happens but by changing the thinking and reminding ones self that things will be fine once you get there or once you are doing the task. Here is a song to remind yourself that you WILL feel good! You just have to think positively, and get the momentum to move. Easier said than done, but I am here to help with that!
